Tuesday 26th September, 14:00 - 16:00 PM: Inclusion for Organisational Success 

Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters

This event will be a two hour workshop exploring the opportunity of inclusion.Leanne Illman, Inclusion and Diversity Manager at The Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service (HFRS) invites you to join the session which is part of the National Inclusion Week activity at HFRS to share best practice and connect for inclusion.

The workshop will then be led by Richard McKenna, Managing Director of Inclusive Employers)

Wednesday 27th September, All Day: The Leeds Vibrant Economy: what role does inclusive employment play in strengthening your business

The Works Skate Park in Leeds

In collaboration with Grant Thornton we will bring together businesses, education leaders, the third sector and explore how together we can enhance the growth of our city by supporting inclusive employment and enabling social mobility in Leeds City Region.

London, House of Lords

The House of Lords will be hosting a networking event for Staff Networks and how they can support and enhance Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.

The session is open to:

How to fight the stigma and support staff who may be experiencing domestic abuse.

Thursday 28th September - Actions For April, Actions For Change

Proactively address your gender pay gap prior to publication. Steps that you can take, and talk about, to demonstrate your commitment to equality.

Friday 29th September - Male champions for change: From passive to Passion 

Richard McKenna, Managing Director of Inclusive Employers, shares techniques that some organisations are deploying, some ideas for action that have been developed for members, and calls for a culture of courage for men to step up and take action to drive inclusion for innovation and opportunity for all.
